When a hurricane is coming our way, relieving stress is exponentially more important! There are always options to get in a workout regardless of your location. Anyway, I decided to take my pre-hurricane workout #oldschool with some heart-pumping step moves. Who remembers? Why did we ever stop? Awesome cardio, core, and plyometrics, right? Turns out, there's plenty of space to get in a workout, and that's a way better option than watching boring, old movies or listening to your fellow assemblers complain. Not to mention the boost of energy and mental focus you'll get in the event you are selected to sit on a case.
